In these terms, "ZenGtrip", "we", "us" and "our" mean the operator of this website and booking service, and "you" means anyone who visits the website or books a ride.
Using the website
- The information on this website is meant for general guidance and may change without notice.

Bookings
- A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message or booking ID from us.
- Please give correct pickup and drop details, date, time, number of passengers and contact number. Mistakes can change the fare or make the trip impossible.
- The vehicle shown is a category, for example "Sedan" or "Innova Crysta or similar". The exact model may differ within the same category.
- Driver and vehicle details are normally shared before your pickup time.
- Waiting beyond the free time in your booking, and any extra distance or hours, are charged at the rates told to you at the time of booking.
Fares and charges
- The fare shown at booking covers the distance and time of your booking, along with anything listed as included.
- Tolls, state entry or border taxes, parking and similar charges are either included or payable at actuals, as stated on your booking.
- Night driving, extra kilometres, extra days and route changes requested during the trip may add to the fare.
- GST or other applicable taxes are added as required by law.
Passenger responsibilities
- Be ready at the pickup point on time and carry a valid photo ID.
- Treat the driver and the vehicle with respect. Smoking, alcohol and illegal items are not allowed in the vehicle.
- Keep within the seating capacity of the vehicle, and make sure luggage fits in the space available.
- You are responsible for damage or special cleaning caused by you or your group beyond normal use.
We may refuse or end a trip if safety, the law or proper conduct is at risk.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a booking before the pickup time. Whether a charge applies depends on how close to the pickup time you cancel. The full rules, including refund timelines, are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Limitation of liability
We provide booking and travel services. We are not responsible for delays or for failure to perform caused by events beyond our control, such as weather, road closures, strikes, accidents, heavy traffic or government orders. As far as the law permits, our liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies when you use the website or make a booking.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute connected with the use of this website or our services, are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
